Lamb Sausage with Lamb Casings

For those who prefer not to eat pork products, we are now offering our organic grass-fed lamb sausage made with lamb casings, in two popular flavors: Hot Italian and Rosemary Garlic. Lamb casings are smaller than the traditionally used pork casings, so these links are long and narrow. They cook up in minutes on the stove top and are just as versatile as our traditional sausage. A one-pound package contains 8-9 links; 4 packages are in each order.

What is the difference between our certified organic and all-natural lamb?

The taste, texture and integrity of our all-natural lamb is every bit as pure as our certified organic, but because the lambs range and graze beyond our current certified organic acreage, they cannot be certified organic by the USDA.
