Chinese 10 Spice Lamb Ribs Recipe

12 lamb ribs – season the ribs with Chinese 10 spice seasoning – (may only find 5 spice in the stores) and Chris’ 10 spice is a secret! Use what you can find or make up your own.

Steam ribs for 2 hours – until the meat is almost falling over the bone, the meat should be tender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Cilantro to sprinkle on top
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

Directions

Paint the steamed ribs with the sauce and heat at 400 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes – sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
