12 lamb ribs – season the ribs with Chinese 10 spice seasoning – (may only find 5 spice in the stores) and Chris’ 10 spice is a secret! Use what you can find or make up your own. Steam ribs for 2 hours – until the meat is almost falling over the bone, the meat should be tender. |
