Exotic Middle Eastern Marinade: Recipe Coming Soon

This Lamb Recipe is Perfect with:

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • ½ tsp fenugreek
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 star anise + 3 bay leaves ground together in spice grinder or food processor to make powder

Directions

Add all ingredients together to form a thick, sticky paste. Marinate meat for up to 5 days. Great on lamb tenderloin, chops or leg.
