Easy Lamb Burgers with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • One pound Lava Lake ground lamb
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tagine spices or curry powder, to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 ounces goat cheese

Directions

Combine lamb with spices and form into four balls.

Put about ½ ounce of goat cheese (about 1 tablespoon) in the center of each ball and then form a patty, surrounding the cheese with the ground meat.

Grill and serve on a toasted bun with traditional condiments, or in pita pockets with chutney.

Serves four.
