DirectionsMix ingredients together and shape into balls, about 1 1/2" in diameter. Lightly coat a pan with canola or vegetable oil (spray works well -- you only need a little!) and brown meatballs. Drain on paper towel, then transfer to oven-proof pan and roast for about ten minutes at 350. Use with your favorite pasta sauce or serve as appetizers with a dipping sauce, chutney, or apricot glaze -- for the glaze, simply warm apricot jam in a saucepan and drizzle over meatballs. |
