Raspberry-Mint Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine ingredients in a nonreactive shallow pan and mix gently. Add lamb, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, turning lamb occasionally. Grill or broil till desired doneness.
