Southwest Marinade for Idaho Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white wine
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 TBSP prairie fire seasoning (see below)
  • ½ cup Dijon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt

Directions

Allow meat to marinate at least one hour. Grill meat over medium fire or brown in sauté pan and over roast until medium rare or medium.
