The Lava Lake Guarantee and Shipping Policy

We guarantee that your Lava Lake Lamb order will be filled according to your specifications and will arrive in good condition. If it doesn't, we will either refund your money or replace the items at no additional cost, whichever you prefer. Shipping is via FedEx overnight or second day delivery. We ship all orders on Tuesday for Thursday delivery. Place your order before midnight mountain time on the preceding Sunday for Tuesday shipment. Please note that FedEx requires an extra day for shipments to certain parts of Alaska. You will be contacted by customer service if your order cannot be shipped as specified.
