Ingredients for Southwest Marinade for Idaho Leg of Lamb
- 1 cup white wine
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 TBSP prairie fire seasoning (see below)
- ½ cup Dijon
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt
Directions for Southwest Marinade for Idaho Leg of Lamb
Allow meat to marinate at least one hour. Grill meat over medium fire or brown in sauté pan and over roast until medium rare or medium.
