Our newest cut, the lamb belly is a delicious alternative to pork belly. Into curing your own meat? It also makes a fantastic lamb bacon. Each split belly is approximately 1/2 inch thick. The rich layer of fat in this cut lends itself to slow cooking. We have roasted the lamb belly at a low temperature for 2 hours and then finished on a hot grill and we have smoked the belly at 160 degrees for 3 hours. In both cases the results were delicious. If it is not, we will either refund your money or replace the items at no additional cost, whichever you prefer. Shipping is via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or 2nd Day Express delivery. We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday for Thursday or Friday delivery. Place your order before midnight Mountain Time on the preceding Sunday or Monday for Monday or Tuesday shipment respectively.Please note that FedEx requires an extra day for shipments to certain parts of Alaska. You will be contacted by customer service if your order cannot be shipped as specified.
