- Chinese 10 spice for seasoning
- 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- cilantro to sprinkle on top
- sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Season the ribs with Chinese 10 spice seasoning all over.
Steam ribs for 2 hours until the meat is almost falling off the bone; the meat should be tender.
Combine sweet chili sauce, hoisin and garlic to make a sauce.
Paint the steamed ribs with the sauce and bake at 400 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds to finish.
